A comprehensive solution for those who want the cycling as part of their lifestyle: Fashion, Fitness, Wellness Professional and to be at your best.

In 1956, with crescent wrench in hand and skinned knuckles, the training wheels came off my hand-me-down 20" Roadmaster juvenile bike.  I remember my Mom pushing me down the street until I had enough momentum to keep the bike upright by myself.  Ironically I was being taught to ride a bike by someone who never learned to ride a bicycle herself.  Looking over my shoulder I realized that she let go, and I was free riding for the first time.

Of course lesson number one while riding a bike is to "keep your eyes on the road", but I was looking backwards rejoicing that I was actually riding a two-wheeler by myself. Suddenly my first ride ended abruptly, crashing into the rear bumper of a white '54 Buick.  It was 45 seconds of bliss, totally new sensations that changed me forever- to be one with my bike.
